About Acaster Homes
Welcome to Acaster Homes, a leading Yorkshire manufacturer of modular buildings. Based on the outskirts of York, our focus is designing, manufacturing and selling our modular unique and contemporary residential park home and holiday lodges to customers across Yorkshire.
Established in 2014, our mission was, and continues to be, to introduce people to a relaxed, sustainable and high-quality way of living. Our first venture was Mill Garth Park, an exclusive development of residential park homes located in Acaster Malbis. Over time, we have expanded into manufacturing our own bespoke, premium quality park homes and holiday lodges, designed and built entirely by the Acaster Homes team.
All our modular homes are available with a Goldshield 10 year warranty.
Our latest development is Chestnut Farm in Acaster Malbis, with 40 contemporary residential lodges available to purchase for residential or holiday use.
Our Manufacturing Process
All of our modular buildings are constructed in a factory just on the outskirts of York. From initial designs, first fixes to keys handed over, the whole process can take as little as 12 weeks to completion on site.
As a York based, family run company we pride ourselves on using the very best materials from local companies. When we can’t find a product that we are completely satisfied with we source from organisations across UK and Europe, ensuring high quality craftmanship, sustainability and longevity remains at the core of all our builds.
Unlike the majority of developers, we’re part of the process from day one. The lodges are designed by us, built by our in house team, completed on site by us and finally placed on a park that we manage. Ensuring that we guarantee quality and consistency throughout the entire build.
